Our mission is to help our customers source and provide the most qualified healthcare workforce solutions and highly skilled staffing services that help our clients, and healthcare professionals deliver excellent, cost effective patient care.

Our specially trained field staff will ensure that our customers are carefully placed with a carer that will bring out the best in them. We aim to introduce all our carers to our customers. We will ensure regular contact with you to make sure you are happy with the service you are receiving. We are committed to providing a consistent, reliable service.

Our flexible, reliable service enables you to keep complete control of your support package. If after our initial meeting you decide you would like to add in additional services or even take services away, all you have to do is call our friendly office and amend accordingly. This request will be arranged immediately.

Our hands on management approach coupled with our firm stance on policy’s and procedures ensure our customers are always our no. 1 priority, thus providing peace of mind for our customers and their friends and family.

We employ caring, compassionate and capable staff. We pride ourselves on recruiting and training the best carers. Each care/support worker undertakes a rigorous training regime before conducting work in the community. We try very hard to ensure you are satisfied with service we are providing. All our friendly staff are fully trained and have completed an enhanced DBS check. We are committed to ensuring our staff are kept up to date with training needs. Branch Manager

Meet Lois, our passionate Branch Manager with an impressive 17-years experience in health and social care setting. Starting as a care worker, Lois has dedicated her career to providing personalised and compassionate care. Lois climbed the ranks from care worker to care coordinator where she is now serving as our branch manager. Lois is not just a manager; she is a passionate advocate for providing person centred care. Her journey reflects a commitment to ensuring that our care services are not just good but exceptional. Her approach goes beyond the daily tasks. Lois believes in nurturing the well-being of both our clients and our team. Under her leadership, people progress within healthcare setting not just by the services they receive but by the genuine care and attention that promotes their overall well-being. Lois stands as a driving force behind our commitment to providing outstanding domiciliary healthcare services. Lois's goal is to progress to the registered manager and to continue to learn new skills and knowledge in the health and social care sector.

Abraham Lartey

Compliance Manager

Meet Abraham, our dedicated Deputy Manager with a three-year journey in health and social care. His healthcare journey began as a care worker where his passion and ability enabled him to quickly progress to the role of Deputy Manager. As Deputy Manager, one of his main responsibilities is rostering and monitoring clientele visits were he monitors the care coordinators to ensure visits are consistently planned and delivered, ensuring optimal delivery of services. He is also actively involved in supporting of staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Abraham also supports with staff appraisals, yearly reviews and supporting employees to reach their potential through training and other learning methods. Abraham is responsible for monitoring services and delivery of services through reviews on site observations and through the assessment process. Abraham is all about making sure we're doing our best and working to our potential. Abraham has started a level 3 health and social care diploma to gage more knowledge and understanding in his role were he aims to progress and support with the growth at Allbest Solutions Limited.

Princess Kavishe

Princess, our enthusiastic trainee care coordinator, Princess is from Tanzania, Princess is on a journey of learning and growth. With less than a year of experience, Princess is determined to absorb knowledge and skills to contribute to Allbest solutions Ltd growth. Her ambition is to establish a healthcare company in Tanzania as a future goal, aiming to introduce and elevate healthcare standards in her community.
